He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Bell and Jeanette Bell (Ingvalson); and his siblings, Michael Bell (Cheryl), Dave Bell and Mary Bates.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Bell of Austin; his children, Daniel Bell (Melanie) of Cedar Rapids, Iowa and Denise Bell of Minneapolis, Minnesota; his close friend DJ White Wolf; his grandchildren, Michael, Nathaniel and Elizabeth; and his sister Sue Schmidt (Robert). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Memorials are preferred to Mower County Humane Society.
