He was predeceased by: his parents, Soren Thompson and Mae Thompson (Heskett); his siblings, Lorraine Peterson, Marcella Nelsen and Sy Thompson; his daughter Debra Bushaw; his son-in-law William Warwick; his great grandchild Ellis Bergstrom; and his wonderful collies, Connie and Jenny.
He is survived by: his wife Enid L. Nicholsen; his daughters, Susan Warwick of Austin, Mary Gaye (Ron Bergstrom) of Austin and Julie Robbins (Mike) of Golden Valley; his son-in-law Steven Bushaw of LaPorte; and his grandchildren, Chris Warwick, Jennifer Warwick, Sam Bergstrom (Melissa), Heidi Kelly (Kyle), Ben Bushaw (Natalie), Abbie Kaehler (Travis), Angela Burke (Dan), Andrew Kelly (Ashley), Betsy Kelly and Max Kelly. He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
