He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Pieper and Viola Pieper (Hanson); and his sister Juanita Young. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Pieper of Austin, MN; his daughter Tammy Jurgensen (Mark) of Mason City, IA; his grandchildren, Michael Jurgensen, Bradley Jurgensen, Jacob Jurgensen, Zachory Jurgensen and Haley Jurgensen; his great grandchildren, Cayden Jurgensen, Hannah Jurgensen, Zara Jurgensen and Reese Reed; and his brothers, Lawrance Pieper and Louis Pieper (Nancy). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
