With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Unita Nelson of Austin, Minnesota, born in Albert Lea, Minnesota, who passed away on January 4, 2021 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Sauke and Grace Sauke (Sauer); her husband Clark Nelson; and her siblings-in-law, Donald Hope and Cheryl Sauke.
She is survived by: her children, Wendy L. Burch of Austin, MN and Wade A. Nelson (Carolyn) of Austin, MN; her granddaughter Angela M. Burch of Albert Lea, MN; and her siblings, Dennis Sauke of Blooming Prairie, MN and Janet Hope of Austin, MN. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
