She is survived by: her siblings, Bonnie Perzynski (Ron), Ted Perzynski (Cherie), Donella Hastings (Bruce), Brian Perzynski (Darla) and Jared Perzynski (Lindsey). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, cousins, aunts & uncles.
In lieu of flowers a memorial fund is being established.
