She is survived by: her parents, Scott Nelson and Tammi "Mummsie" Nelson (Smoltz); her stepfather Trent "Pa" Kartes of Austin, MN; her siblings, Cody Smoltz of Rochester, MN, Gabe Kartes (Daysha) of Blooming Prairie, MN, Brooklynn "Cook" Kartes and Dakotah Neville of Austin, MN; her nieces and nephews, C. J. Smoltz, Sofia Neville, Grady Kartes, Finnley Neville, Gwendolyn Kartes and Delilah Neville; her stepmother Shar Nelson of Austin, MN; her siblings, Alexsis Riles of Austin, MN and Jaxson Loecher of Austin, MN; her grandparents, John, Lois Smoltz, Sherry Kartes of Blooming Prairie, MN and Joyce Clinkscales of Cedar Rapids, IA; her aunts and uncles, Terry Smoltz (Nancy) of Fridley, MN, Sherri Smoltz, Chris (Vicky), T. J. Kartes (Kathy) of Blooming Prairie, MN, Edward Nelson (Kim) of Buffalo, MN and Theresa Kurtz of Cedar Rapids, IA; and her friends, Tianns, Kitter Kids, Katskii and Llanna. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Clasen-Jordan Mortuary (209 2nd Ave NW, Austin, MN 55912). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
