He was predeceased by: his father Richard Mickelson. He is survived by: his mother Joan Mickelson (Northwick) of Bloomington, MN; his girlfriend Karen Groth of Austin, MN; his sisters, Sue Pasmick (Wayne) of Ely, MN and Anne Wagner (Chris) of Bloomington, MN; and also, David, Elsie Groth and Philip Groth (Erin). He is also survived by three nieces; one nephew.
Memorials are preferred to the Alzheimer's Association.
