He was predeceased by: his parents, Quinten Leidal and Imogene Leidal (Cafourek); his nephew Jason Leidal; and his grandparents, Louis, Mable Cafourek, Albert and Laura Leidal.
He is survived by: his wife Debra Spain; and his siblings, Mike Leidal, Bob Leidal, Jerry Leidal and Jayne Nash (Leidal). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
