She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Rudlong and Alidia Rudlong (Engerud); her husband Louis Foster; and her siblings, Everett, Lester and Harriet.
She is survived by: her sisters, Belva Heinie (Doug) of The Cedars and Myrtle Rudlong of The Cedars. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a private family graveside service will be held on Friday, May 8, 2020 with Pastor Megan Reedstrom officiating.
