She was predeceased by: her husband Bob; her parents, Wilbur "Dud" Fischer and Marcella Fischer; her brother Brian; and her sister-in-law Patricia Hoffman (Don).
She is survived by: her children, David Halligan (Andrea) of Bemidji, Kathleen Stratton (Jim) of Rose Creek, Maureen Bergan (Chris) of Rose Creek, Timothy Halligan of Rochester, Terry Halligan (Christie) of Rothschild, Colleen Theobald (Don) of Leroy and Mary Schumann (Todd) of Lakefield, Minnesota; and her sisters-in-law, Sharon Woolsey of Belvidere and Lucille Fischer-Kaye of Beaverton, Oregon.. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren.
