Robert Eugene Brinkman Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Robert Eugene Brinkman of Austin, Minnesota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 15, 2025 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Loren Brinkman and Lucile Brinkman (Newkirk); his siblings, Gene Brinkman and Elaine Lord (Steve); and his parents-in-law, Gus and Clara Wendorf.
He is survived by: his wife LaVonne Brinkman; his children, Sherry May (Dave) of McIntire, IA, Lisa Johnson (Scott) of Austin, MN, Cindy Bray (Jeff) of Fall Creek, WI and Jeff Brinkman (Julie) of Austin, MN; his grandchildren, Amie Engels (Brian), Kellie Heath (Sterling), Andy Burton (Lindsay), John May (Addy), Julia Braun (Jason), Elizabeth Leyk (Isaac), Ben Johnson (Danielle), Emily Johnson (Tony Donatell), Jacob Bray (Monica), Garrett Bray (Bryanna), Peyton Bray (Parker Eberhardt), Nathan Brinkman and Abbi Brinkman; his siblings, Duane Brinkman (Glenda), Leon Brinkman (Sharon), Janet Bowlds (Rick), Mary Vogt (Mark) and Lois Mandler (Kevin); and his sister-in-law Joann Brinkman. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Our Savior's Lutheran Church (1600 W Oakland Ave, Austin, MN 55912). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials are preferred to recipient of donor's choice.
