He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Cummings and Elsie Cummings; his former wife Ruby Cummings; his grandchildren, Holly Etter and Derek Olson; his sisters, Lois Yocum and Betty Fossey; and his siblings-in-law, Glenn Blackie Yocum and Marjean Kittleson.
He is survived by: his wife Dellene Anderson Cummings of Austin, MN; his children, Rinda Etter of International Falls, MN and Randall Cummings (Kelly) of Lakeville, MN; his stepchildren, Jody Maricle (Larry) of Austin, MN, Shelly Olson of Austin, MN, Brian Anderson (Melissa) of Austin, Eric Anderson (Nicole) of Austin, MN and David Anderson (Nicole) of Austin, MN; his brother Edward Cummings (Deanna) of Austin, MN; and his brother-in-law Jerry Kittleson of Rochester, Minnesota. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Olaf Lutheran Church (306 2nd St NW, Austin, MN 55912). A memorial service will be held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials are preferred to the American Cancer Society, the American Heart Association, or recipient of donor's choice.
