It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Duane Owens Sr. of Austin, Minnesota, who passed away on June 10, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Owens and Gladys Owens (Salisbury); his brothers, John and Griffith; and his sister-in-law Nancy.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Owens of Austin; his children, Richard (Tracy) of Austin and Lorrie Corcoran (Paul) of Rushford; his grandsons, Ben, Eli, Caleb, Levi and Reo; his sister Margaret Owens of Austin; his niece Becci; and his parents-in-law, Tim O'Connor, Janiece Scheer-O'Connor, Jerome and Patricia Ingvalson. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
