He is survived by: his wife Sharon Waller; his children, Jeralyn Waller Smith (Brandon Smith) and John Waller (Kimberly Bauer); his grandchildren, Cole, Corey, Katie, Jesse and Jenna; his great grandchild Myles Douglas; and his siblings, Jack Waller (Jan), Tom Waller (Judith) and Gloria Jacobson (Richard).
