He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Schmit and Gladys Price (Ofstedahl); his stepdaughter Wendy Whalen; his sister LaVonne "Bubbles" Buttshaw; and also, Duane Price and Clayton Price.
He is survived by: his wife JoAnne B. Price of Austin, MN; his children, Paul, Jr. Price (Barb) of Austin, MN and Holi Amara (Davin) of Jackson, MN; his stepdaughters, Heidi Wogstad (Rodney) of Austin, MN and Misty Lamaack (Anthony) of Austin, MN; his son-in-law Richard Bakke of Glenville, MN; his grandchildren, Jeremy Ryks (Katie), Matthew Price (Rowen), Kaitlyn Price (Blake), Jordan Price (Jordan), Brittany Zech (Kevin), Amanda Deel, Derek Jochumsen (Cassie), Sara Ortega (Ezequiel), Ryan Lamaack (Jordyn), Ashton Lamaack, Jessica Bakke (John) and Jamie Bakke; and his siblings, Emery Price (Norma) of Lyle, MN, Keith Price (Rosemary) of Rose Creek, MN and Gary Price (Orpha). He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the funeral home is limited to 57 people for the service.
