Levine and Jemina Anderson; his wife Dora Nelson; his children, Paula, Samuel and Kathy; his brothers, Ray, Wayne and Howard Levine; his sisters-in-law, Arlene and Juanita Levine; his grandchildren, Sven Levine and Sarah Banks; and his son-in-law Kevin Severson.
He is survived by: his children, Pamela Severson, Bradley Levine (Mary Ann), Penny Alvey (Mike), Rebecca Levine, Zane Levine, Bruce Levine and Jon Levine (Ingrid); and his siblings, Harold Levine, Roger Levine (Janet) and Mary Levine. He is also survived by great/grandchildren, 12 great- great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, and friends.
