Higgins; her children, Gina Higgins (Timothy Nelson) of Moorhead, Angela Higgins of Austin and Scott Higgins (Jill) of Rochester; her grandchildren, Duel Higgins, Cassondra Nelson, Duncan Higgins, Matthew Nelson, Amanda Nelson, Caleb Swihart, Mackenzie Swihart, Asia Higgins-Lewis and Thomas W. Higgins; her great grandchild Paisley Higgins; her brothers, Kevin Smith (Sandy) of Lake City, Kenneth Smith (Merri Lea) of Lake City and Christopher Smith (Sherri) of Woodbury; her parents-in-law, Lloyd, Mary Cummings (Leif), Robert and Maxine Higgins (Runden); her brother Eugene Smith; and her brother-in-law Robert Cummings. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
