He was predeceased by: his parents, John Milton and Ida Pritchard Flynn (Irvine); his son Jeffery Flynn; his granddaughter Brianna Koepp; his great grandchild Gabriel Bradley; his siblings, Bob Flynn, Don Flynn, Lois Gale, Doris Shimanek and Patricia Engen; and his daughter-in-law Margo Jean Flynn.
He is survived by: his wife Lillian; and his children, Patty Heimsness (Larry), Tom Flynn (Sharon), Steven Flynn (Margo), Erin Koepp (Todd) and Dave Kohn. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; 5 great-great grandchildren.
