She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Kirchner and Ottilia Kirchner (Lembke); her siblings, Alvin Kirchner, Maleta Kirchner, Corrine Petersen and Alice Kroneman; her daughter-in-law Judy Ballantyne; and her grandchildren, Michael Schnorenberg, Brian Kamrath and Kari Kamrath.
She is survived by: her husband Willard James Ballantyne; and her children, Helen Schnorenberg (Richard) of Lawler, IA, Joyce Kamrath (Roger) of North Mankato, MN, Marvin Ballantyne of Sioux Falls, SD, Nancy Wiessner (Todd) of Woodbury, MN and Sue Brown (Gregory) of Gilbert, AZ.. She is also survived by her five children and their spouses along with 12 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
