He was predeceased by: his parents, Herb Ferris and Melba Ferris (Klapal). He is survived by: his wife Margaret Ferris of Austin, Minnesota; his children, Joseph Ferris (Suzanne) of Austin, Cindy Ferris (Tim Grahn) of Albert Lea and Susan VanPelt (Mike) of Austin, Minnesota; his grandchildren, Matthew Duncomb, Heidi Thompson, Kelly Kalis, Danny Waggoner, Audrey Ferris, John Ferris, Michael Hanson and Laura Banister; and his sister Rosemary Brunmeier. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
