It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marjorie Gayle Schaffer of Austin, Minnesota, who passed away on April 8, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerhard Irving Ulve and Alice Mae Ulve (Westland); her stepfather Truman Olson; her husband Bill; and her brothers, Dick Ulve (Jeanne) and Keith Ulve (Mary).
She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Brian Ulve of Marana, AZ, Janet Ulve, Reid Ulve (Sherry) of Albert Lea, MN, Carolyn Johnson (Kevin) of Rochester, MN, David Ulve of St. Paul, MN and Kimberly O'Brien (Danny) of Arden Hills, MN; and her close friend Lois. She is also survived by 7 great nieces and nephews; many great-great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be directed to Peace and Power First Lutheran Church of Albert Lea.
