She is survived by: her children, Joseph Ferris (Suzanne) of Austin, Cindy Ferris (Tim Grahn) of Albert Lea and Susan VanPelt (Mike) of Austin, Minnesota; her grandchildren, Matthew Duncomb (Kelsey), Heidi Thompson (Nathan), Kelly Kalis (TJ), Danny Waggoner, Audrey Nelson (Cory), John Ferris (Jenna), Michael Hanson and Laura Hanson; and her siblings, Michael Burke (Dena) of Freeport, IL and JoAnn Smith (Clayton) of Sonoma, California.. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
