He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Engelhardt and Alma Engelhardt (Stolz); his former wife Janet Engelhardt; his stepson Michael Veatch; and his siblings, Leroy Engelhardt, Loren Engelhardt, Dorothy Born, Lucille Hoy, Donna Johnson and Sharyl Herrick.
He is survived by: his former wife Janet Marie Green; his wife Rose Engelhardt; his daughters, La Shauna Ginn and Wendy Jax (Denny); his stepdaughter Mandy Songer (Jason); his sisters, Elaine Dvorak (Don) and Lorinda Schieck (Mike); and his siblings-in-law, Dallas Herrick and Judy Engelhardt. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
