With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lorene Janet Ingvalson of Austin, Minnesota, born in Elkton, Minnesota, who passed away on June 5, 2022 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Oliver Hagen and Clara Hagen (Studer); her husband Clayton Ingvalson; her sister Jean Prihoda; her siblings-in-law, Bill Prihoda (Margaret), Forrie Claussen, Gertie Ellis (Selmer) and Esther Hansen (Carlo); and her nieces and nephews, Gina Miller, Betty Fierro, Steve Prihoda, Jim Prihoda and Art Hansen.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sandra Vanek (Lonnie) of Austin and Laurie Bremer (Robert Viner) of Sparta, Wisconsin; her grandsons, Benjamin and Aaron Vanek; and her siblings, Ollie Hagen (Shar) and Gretchen Claussen of Albert Lea, Minnesota. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
During her time in Austin, Lorene donated her time and resources to make over 1, 500 teddy bears for Worlein Funeral Home.
