It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leroy Bonorden of Austin, Minnesota, born in Tripoli, Iowa, who passed away on August 10, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Bonorden and Ina Bonorden (Sauerbrei); and his brothers, Ruthfurd Bonorden (Helen), Everett Bonorden (Neoma) and Virgil Bonorden (Naomi).
He is survived by: his former wife Katherine Lopez; his children, Sara Bonorden and Ryan Bonorden (Melissa); his grandchildren, Delores (Tim), Quinton, Katie (AJ), Deontay, Serena, Zeke, Zellia and Chaz; and his great grandchildren, Makayla, Carter, Logan, Lyric, Serenity, Egypt and Zuri. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be given to the family, Grace Lutheran Church, Spruce Up Austin or the Mower County Humane Society.
