He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Butenhoff and Margaret Butenhoff (Irvine); his wife Verona Anna Streyle; and his sister Barbara Bidne. He is survived by: his children, Kris Mayer (Perry) and Todd Butenhoff (Holly); his grandchildren, BriAnn Minnig (Kelvin), Cassidy Mayer, Tyler Butenhoff (Kaitlin) and Cody Butenhoff; and his great grandchildren, Finley and Camden Minnig.
