He is survived by: his wife Shirley Stephan of Austin, MN; his daughters, Connie Brekke (Richard) of Rochester, MN, Janice Rowe (Orvin) of Albert Lea, MN and Linda Stephan of Austin, MN; his grandchildren, Matthew Brekke, Amanda Rowe, Katie Wachter, Lindsey Chapek, April Rowe and Andrew Chapek; and his brother Robert Stephan (Jean) of Reinbeck, IA.. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren.
