He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Clarence Sr. and Clara Matilda Allen (Duncan); and his brothers, Thomas Clarence Jr. and Michael Ray Allen. He is survived by: his wife Susan Marie Mordaunt; his children, Joe Allen of California, Jennifer McNally (Brad) of Austin and Stephanie Lang (Russ) of Maple Grove; his grandchildren, Jeremy Allen of Burnsville, Andrew Allen (Megan) of Plymouth, Elizabeth Fedoryk (Tom) of Austin, Joseph McNally of Austin and Katherine Morgan (Christian) of Albert Lea; his great grandchildren, Ethan, Sophia Fedoryk and Connor Morgan; and his brother Ted Allen (Patricia) of Houston. He is also survived by in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many other family members and friends.
