She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewain Stephens and Regina Stephens; her brother Wendell Westphal (Karen); and her husband Roger Douglas Westphal. She is survived by: her children, Scott, Corey and Sarah; her grandchildren, Chase Streiff, Samantha and Alexander Westphal; and her sisters, Sue Schultz, Mary Lou Stephens and Deb Simon.
