She was predeceased by: her parents, Christina Simon (Halfman) and Joseph Simon; her son Thomas; her husband Adrian Blake; her stepson Alan Blake; her siblings, Kathryn Simon, Marion Leonaitis, Helen Church, LaVerne, Kennyth, Marvin and Wilbur Simon; and her siblings-in-law, Mildred Simon, Charles Church, Stanley Leonaitis and Robert Hartnell.
She is survived by: her children, Todd Ethen (Lucinda) of White Bear Lake, MN, Tim Ethen (Linda) of Maple Grove, MN, Laurie Cottingham (Gregg) of Duluth, MN, Troy Ethen of Minneapolis, MN and Rebecca Driscoll of Rosemount, MN; her daughters-in-law, Sherry Weaver (Jeff) of Austin, MN and Wendy Ethen; her sister Arlene Hartnell of Sun City, AZ; her sisters-in-law, Lou Ann Simon, Darlene and Charlotta; and her stepchildren, Dave (Shirley), Gary Blake, Leonard Blake of Wauzeka, WI, Keith Blake (Merilee) of Oakland, MN, Diana Sutter (Kevin) of LaCrosse, WI and Joanne Miller (Philip) of Austin, MN. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the American Cancer Society or a veteran's organization of donor's choice.
