He is survived by: his wife Thelma Zicafoose; his children, Kathy Crosby (Christopher) of Austin, MN, Keith Zicafoose (Beth) of Medford, MN and Karen Zicafoose of Maple Grove, MN; his grandsons, Joshua Crosby, Jacob Crosby and Spencer Zicafoose; and his brothers, Earl Zicafoose (Alice) of Austin, MN and Darrell Zicafoose (Shirley) of Spencerport, NY..
