He was predeceased by: his parents, Garland Moore and Mary Moore (Fleming); his wife Shirley Moore; and his brothers, Richard Moore and James Moore.
He is survived by: his son Michael Alec; his daughter-in-law Denise Moore of Orange Beach, AL; his grandson Alec Preston Moore (Cristina Hernandez) of Chicago, IL; his stepgrandchildren, Chase Moore of Mobile, AL and Christopher Moore of Oxford, MS; his friends, Emily Morgan and Ann Holton Paparella; and his sister-in-law Pauline Hall (British Columbia).
Memorials are preferred to Westminster Presbyterian Church or to Mayo Clinic Health System – Austin.
