He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Boettcher and Madeline Boettcher (Paulson); his son Jayden Boettcher; his stepdaughter Kimmy; his siblings, Michael Boettcher and Kristi; and his stepbrothers, Harlan, David and John Lysne.
He is survived by: his brother Brian Boettcher (LaDonna) of Mankato, Minnesota; and his stepdaughter Lorrie Lang-Wing (Jerry). He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
