He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Groh and Selma Groh (Gibson) of Austin, Minnesota.; his wife Rose Marie Groh (Schultz); his daughter Wendy Groh; and his brother Ronald Groh.

He is survived by: his children, Wayde Groh (Lynette) of Austin, Troy Groh of Austin and Chad Groh (Michelle) of Austin, Minnesota; his grandchildren, Aunica Groh, Ethan Groh, Caden Groh and Ashlynn Groh; and his sister Carole Bender (Roger) of Fremont, Nebraska..
