He is survived by: his wife Roxanne Hof; his children, Rebecca Swartz (Tim), Daniel Voeltz and Franklin Voeltz II (Rebecca); and his siblings, Marvin Voeltz (Shirley), Karl Voeltz (Karen), MaryAnn Kester (Phillip), Raymond Voeltz, Lisa Jo Brinkman (Curtis) and Tony Voeltz (Tonette). He is also survived by six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
