She is survived by: her daughter Lana Hajek; her grandchildren, Allan Reml (Bridget), Joseph Hajek and Ciara; her great grandchild Liam; her daughter-in-law Janet Hajek; her sister Arlene Hajek; her nephew Vincent Hajek (Nancy); and her close friends, Chris, Kim Baier, Jon Luna, Maggie Keenan Schoepski, Joed and Brian Davis.
