He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Dennis and Eula Dennis (Dvorak). He is survived by: his wife Donna; his daughters, Renee Thies of Hollandale, Lora Kollodge (David) of Brooklyn Center and Jolene La (Luke) of Oakland, CA; his grandchildren, Richard, Jessica, Cody, Jackson and Lilianne; his great grandchildren, Carmen and Audrey; and his siblings, Everett Dennis (Lavonne), Janice Dennis, Dixie Burtch (Dale) and Daryl Dennis (Connie).
