He was predeceased by: his mother-in-law Gloria May; his grandparents, Gustave, Susan Mollegren, Roland and Jurine Johnson; his aunt Nancy Hanson; his uncles, Ronald Johnson and Stanley Johnson; and his cousin Ronnie Johnson, Jr..
He is survived by: his parents, Kenneth Johnson and Linda Johnson (Mollegren); his wife Marion "Baby" Johnson of Austin; his children, Casey Gloden (Callie), Kaitlyn Evenson (Ryan), Emily "Blondie" Underhill, Skyler Johnson, Breanna "Breezy" Underhill, Meagen Underhill, Madison Underhill, Matthew "Bubby" Underhill, Gage "Gager Wager" Underhill, Ashlyn "Bruh" Johnson, Andi "Pandi" Johnson and Adele "Pickle" Johnson; his grandchildren, Camron, Landon, Parker, Mason, Claire Gloden, Easton, Paisly Evenson, Brody, Zander, Kai Egeness, Aria, Tate Johnson, Nikko, Penelope Underhill and Axell Sorenson; and his siblings, Kindra Vanveen (Warren), Jenny Johnson and Misty Erickson (Jay Nelson). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
