She was predeceased by: her parents, Adolph Johnson and Annie Johnson (Mathison); her husband Arnold Brustad of Austin; her siblings, Marvin Johnson, Grace Ness and Helen Johnson; and her great grandchild John Wilson.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Brustad (Joanne) of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, Randi Vietoris (Marty) of Cottage Grove, Minnesota and Ronald Brustad (Mary) of Edina, Minnesota; her grandchildren, Jessica Wilson (Gordon), Matthew Brustad (Molly), Kristen Brustad (Jesus Loya), Luci, Andres Vietoris, Elizabeth Roetker (Nick), Peter and Grace Brustad; and her great grandchildren, Brett, Anne, Luke Wilson and Madelaine Brustad.
