He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Stark and Sylvia Stark (Freese); his daughter Kim Bruckmeier; his wife Jane Stark; his son Craig Stark; and his siblings, Jack Stark, Charlie "Chuck" Stark and Gladys Montgomery (Larrie).
He is survived by: his former wives, Patricia R. Jacobsen (Smith) and Judith Scheffel; and his children, Suzanne Holtz (Anthony) of Atwater, Minnesota and Matthew Stark (Susanne) of Austin, Minnesota. He is also survived by six grandchildren; eight great grandchildren.
