He is survived by: his wife Connie Jo of Brownsdale, MN; his children, Andrea Tapp (Tom) of Dodge Center, MN, Melissa Miller (Chris) and Jeremy Hendrickson (Melissa) of Lakeville, MN; his grandchildren, Carter, Evan, Makenna, Madelyn, CJ and Braelyn; his sisters, Carol Phillips of Kennesaw, GA and Susan Serkasevich (Gary); and his brother-in-law Terry Pilacinski of Gaylord, MN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
