He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Erickson and Katie Erickson (Best); his daughter-in-law Mary Erickson; and his siblings, Roland, Russell, Robert Erickson and Nancy Zschunke.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Erickson of Austin, MN; his children, Leif Erickson (Bobbie Vogel) of Austin, MN, Cheryl Duren (David) of Hilton Head, SC and Kelli Hallquist (Richard) of Owatonna, MN; his brother Kenneth "Pinky" Erickson (Susan) of Austin, MN; and his sister-in-law Darlene Erickson of Kasson, MN.. He is also survived by five grandchildren; eight great grandchildren.
