He was predeceased by: his parents, Carrol Berhow and Mathilda "Tille" Berhow (Krantz); his son Timothy Berhow; his brothers, Jerry McFarland and Jimmy Berhow; his brothers-in-law, Leslie Munson, Russell Husemoller, Charles "Mick" McPhail, Darrell King and Virgil Waltz; and his parents-in-law, Ralph and Clara Noble.

He is survived by: his former wife Norma Onstad; his wife Sandy Berhow of Pleasant Grove, MN; his children, Randy Becker of Pine Grove, CA and Sheila Muller (Craig) of Hudson, WI; his grandchildren, Joey Becker and Brody Muller; his sisters, LaVonne Husemoller of Austin, Linda Halvorson (Marshall) of Austin and Janice Benesh (James) of Austin; and his sisters-in-law, Donna McPhail of Riceville, IA, Marie King of Austin, MN and Carol Schlichter of Austin, MN. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, great-great nieces and nephews, and cousins.
