He is survived by: his parents, Sheldon Lukes and Ruth Lukes; his siblings, Cindy Meyers, Julie Raver (Mike), Allen Johnson and Bradley Lukes (Toni); and his caregivers, Sue Brown, Norma Plath, Sue Martin, Shelby Gilster, Tonia Ruroden and Victoria Houston. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to LIFE Mower County, Cedar Valley Services-Top Flight or Trondhjem Lutheran Church.
