He is survived by: his children, Robert Hoy, Chase Hoy and Michelle Hoy; his grandchildren, Mason Weems, Harper Hoy and Madison Pierce; and his siblings, Bruce Hoy, Jerry Hoy, Virginia Ball, Gale Hoy and Laura Jewell.
