He was predeceased by: his parents, Rollo Rosenthal and Myrtle Rosenthal (Ous); his son Scott Rosenthal; and his siblings, Jon Rosenthal (Jean), Jerry Rosenthal and Ruth Rice (Rosenthal).
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Rosenthal; his children, Penny Rosenthal of Austin, MN, Tim Rosenthal (Barb) of Madison, WI and Lisa Jorgensen (Jim) of Waconia, MN; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Mettille, Scott Mettille, Emily Rosenthal, Samuel Rosenthal and Carter Jorgensen; and his sister-in-law Rhonda Rosenthal. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
