He was predeceased by: his father George Moline; his parents-in-law, James and Marjorie Bendixen; and his brother-in-law Oluf Andersen. He is survived by: his mother Marie Moline (Milliren); his grandchildren, Nathan (Opie) and Jordyn (Baby Cakes); his wife Mary Moline; his daughters, Stephanie Grotbo (Tom) and Suzanne Schmidt; his grandchildren, Nicholas Grotbo and Olivia Schmidt; his brothers, Jeffrey Moline (Terrance Franklin) and Steve Moline (Shelly); his niece Elizabeth Moline; and his sister-in-law Linda Andersen. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
