Slezak, Holly Murphy (Patrick) and Scott Slezak (Katherine); her grandchildren, Jennifer Slezak, Josh Slezak, Nick Slezak, Alicia Holten (Michael), Isabel Arkells, JulieAnne Arkells, Miranda Arkells, Nicholas Arkells, Ciera Scott, Alex Scott, Blake Scott, Patrick Murphy, Tanner Murphy, Emilie Slezak, Crystal Slezak and Cody Weatherly; her great grandchildren, Michael Slezak, Logan Slezak, Isaac Olson, Jackson Slezak, Owen and Ryan Slezak; and her brothers, Harold Barry, Lawrence Barry (Judy) and Michael Barry (Carol).
