She was predeceased by: her father James Jagodzinski; and her son Dennis McDermott. She is survived by: her mother Joyce Jagodzinski; her son Dr. James J. McDermott (Sophie Sichel); her siblings, Mary Leizinger (Patrick), Jayne Myhre (Gary), James Jagodzinski (Margaret), Joe Jagodzinski (Kelly) and James G. McDermott; and her stepson Zachariah McDermott (Jenny).

Due to the constraints of the COVID-19 pandemic there will only be a private "end of life celebration" event for family.
