It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carlton Eugene Thomson of Austin, Minnesota, born in Ridgeway, Iowa, who passed away on September 29, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Thomson and Leda Thomson (Jacobson); his wife Muriel Glenna; his children, Patricia, David and Robert; and his brothers, Allan Thomson and Kenneth Thomson.
He is survived by: his children, James Thomson (Patricia) of Glendale, WI, John Thomson (Sarah) of Burnsville, MN and Barbara Anderson (Todd) of Austin, MN; his daughter-in-law Kathy Thomson of Eau Claire, WI; his grandchildren, Chad Thomson (Patricia), Dion Thomson, Jaime Thomson, Anthony Thomson, Janelle Sumrall (Brisco), Laura Sheridan (Brian), Aaron Thomson, Cecily Thomson, Jenna Anderson and Matthew Anderson; his sister Lila Bisbee; his sister-in-law Agnes Glenna; and his close friends, David, Elaine and Ben Watts. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends.
